Grand River Project Management, LLC was incorporated in 2014. The current company is a result of the growth and progress achieved over the course of 25 years. We have grown from commercial/industrial construction and remodeling to a full service project management company. Our clients receive concierge service covering the entire gamut of commercial, industrial and retail needs- consulting, construction, property management and facilities maintenance services.
We are based in Lake County and we conduct business in Lake, Cuyahoga, Geauga and Summit Counties. GRPM is a professional group of people capable of working and consulting with our clients, architects, tradesmen, legal service providers and government entities to get your job done. Our jobs range from the smallest- changing your lightbulbs to the biggest- buildouts where hundreds of thousands of dollars are on the line. We have the experience and resources for every job.
